REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES
The 15 counties in the Continuum are divided into 5 regions including: Region 1: Knox
Region 2: Henry, Mercer, Rock Island
Region 3: Carroll, Lee, Ogle, Whiteside
Region 4: Bureau, LaSalle, Marshall, Putnam, Stark
Region 5: Jo Daviess, Stephenson
Each Region has two Representatives who participate on the Continuum Steering Committee. The Steering Committee provides overall policy and program guidance to the continuum and is also staffed by two Co-Chairpersons, a Secretary, and a Treasurer.
Regional Representatives are responsible for ensuring that agencies within their Region are aware of Continuum direction, initiatives, and policy.
